Sowing Season

In October, ZOS held their second GA, where they elected the new governing body for ZOS. Not every position was filled. This body was to meet for a knowledge transfer weekend to learn and plan the following six months of activities for their organisation. After finding the most suitable date, they traveled to Smederevo on November 15th for thieir meeting. The first night was dedicated to setting goals and expectations, as well as getting to know each other (as some of the new governing members are new to ZOS). Besides the group, CDN EC member and one alumna participated in this event.
The second day contained the practical workshops and discussions relevant to the new decision-making structure. Apart from familiarizing the members with ZOS’s history and international ties, they discussed the questions of their relationship with the mother party and the issue of safe space. On the final day of the knowledge transfer, a six-month action plan for ZOS was created.
